Standardtherapie Cotrimoxazol (Trimethoprim/ Sulfamethoxazol) 160/800 mg/ 2 x tägl. über mindestens 3 Wochen bzw. bis zur Abheilung oder Doxycyclin 2 x 100 mg/d für ebenfalls 3 Wochen; alternativ kommt Azithromycin und Ciprofloxacin zum Einsatz [Fritsch 2004] |
